Exciting Breakthroughs in APL+Win

APL+Win 10 enables you to take

greater advantage of your hardware's capabilities

Support More Memory for Significantly Larger Workspaces

APL2000 has eclipsed the 2 GB workspace size limitation of prior versions of APL+Win APL+Win 10 supports significantly larger workspaces; up to 2.7 GB on 32-bit machines with a 32-bit Windows OS and up to 3.7 GB on 64-bit machines with a 64-bit Windows OS. By surpassing the previous workspace size limitation, APL+Win applications will be able to accommodate more data and functions in a single workspace.  This new larger workspace will be demonstrated at the 2010 APL2000 User Conference.

Support Multi-Core Processors with Multi-Threaded Processing

APL+Win 10 incorporates an enhancement, the "APL Supervisor," for programmer-controlled, multi-threaded processing.  Applications which use multi-threading can exploit the operating system's use of multi-core processing.  This "APL Supervisor" feature will be demonstrated at the 2010 APL2000 User Conference.
